It gets really snowy, here in Michigan. Being the Cali girl that I am, winter is not necessarily my favorite time of year, especially a Michigan winter. However, it’s been amazing seeing my boys interact with snow, and re-experiencing winter with them.
E loves all these books, but his favorites are Small Walt and Small Walt and Mo the Tow. We’ve read those probably at least 30 times the last winter! He loves looking out the window to see real snow plows working to clear the streets.
Winter can be cold and dreary, but snow does make it quite magical at times. And cuddling up with these books have also been helping lift my spirit during these gloomy and freezing cold days!
